Line up like for like and their total passes $670 before anyone has helped you with an inspection.
It's real — DC offers two- and four-year license terms, and BBL Processors sells the four-year one-family filing at $675 (August 2026). We offer the same four-year term as a $99 add-on to any filing, so $648 all-in on our side. Either way, the license term is the cheap decision; the inspection, RAD, and Clean Hands are what actually trip landlords, and a longer term doesn't make any of them easier.
