Only if the two numbers measure the same thing, and their page doesn't say (checked August 2026): the 'From $349' is never scoped to DC, never says whether the city's own license fee or RAD registration is inside it, and carries no timeline. As of August 2026 their page shows no licensure timeline, no guarantee, no phone number, no street address, and no named person — and its one time-related claim, 'licensed within minutes,' describes signing up, not licensure; no city issues a rental license in minutes. That doesn't make them a bad company. It makes them impossible to evaluate before paying. We publish all five, on purpose.
